Fifth time in wonderful Mozambique

Since we arrived in South Africa almost five years ago (!), we have visited Mozambique every year. It is one of those barefoot, relaxed, unspoilt gems still waiting to become famous. This easter break we stayed one week in a beach house in Ponta Malongane, a beach close to Kosi Bay border and Ponta da Ouro. We had this fantastic stretch almost all for ourselves.

Body boarding in the 27 degrees warm, crystal clear Indian Ocean.

J and S on their way for a dive.

Delicious prawn dinner at Sunset shack.

The only shoes you need.

Beach houses overlooking the sea.

Best vehicles to move around with in the deep sand tracks.

Path to the beach.

All houses are located behind the dunes.

Sand tracks for 4x4 cars only.

Lunch on the terrace.

View from the deck.

Many gains and losses during the week.

Local living.

More sand tracks.

Filling up the tyres at Kosi Bay border.

Local living in SA.
Easter lunch at the Dainfern Clubhouse deck.

We made it home to the egg hunt!
